A single-driver ported enclosure built to a tuned port frequency of 32 Hz, with bracing matched to the bracing-mode peak in the cone material. Result: an SPL signature and bottom-octave response that measures within 2 dB of a comparable 18" reference box. Owner reports street-legal volume produces internal cabin sensation at half the rated wattage.
Daily-driver sedan. Existing system removed (12 zip-tied wires, three failed grounds, one melted distribution block). Replaced end-to-end: head unit, DSP, 4-channel amp, mono sub amp, 3-way active front, ported single-15 in trunk. New big three, audio-grade fusing throughout, dedicated rear ground. Owner now uses the car as their reference listening environment.
Twelve-track customer playlist re-engineered for installed system. Sub-bass restored or extended on every track. Three tracks fully re-mastered for the cabin's response. Delivered as a USB-ready WAV folder plus a streaming-equivalent reference set. Bench measurements taken pre/post for handover.

Customer with a factory system wanting "better, not louder." DSP installed inline. Time-aligned at the driver's seat. Front-stage EQ pulled +1.4 dB at 3.2 kHz, sub-bass trimmed -2 dB at 50 Hz to stop a cabin resonance, sub crossover moved from factory 80 Hz to 65 Hz. Customer described result as "the same car, but I actually want to drive it now."
