FIG. 07 — METHODOLOGY

How a build happens.

Every job follows the same five stages, scaled to the scope. Each stage gets documented — measurements, photos, decisions — and signed off before the next one starts.
01

Diagnose

You bring the car (or the track). We listen, measure, and ask too many questions. The goal: figure out the real problem, not the obvious one.

OUTPUT A written brief: current state, target state, and the gap between. Includes recommended scope and what's worth skipping.
02

Model

Enclosure simulated. Signal chain mapped. Power budget calculated. Nothing gets cut, drilled, or soldered until the math says it should work — and the model agrees with the room.

OUTPUT Cut sheet, port geometry, wiring schematic, parts list. Quote locked at this stage. No surprise line items.
03

Build

Fabrication, install, and integration in the shop. You get photo updates at every milestone. The chassis isn't drilled until you see and approve where.

OUTPUT A working system, fully loomed and labeled. Every wire ends in a terminal. Every fuse is sized to the run.
04

Tune

The car becomes the last instrument. We measure, set crossovers and time alignment, then trim by ear with reference tracks the owner chose.

OUTPUT A saved DSP preset (or two — "flat" and "fun"). Before/after measurements. A short list of habits that'll keep it sounding right.
05

Ship

Owner walks through every component, every fuse, every menu setting they need to know. Documentation handed over. Bench session available 90 days out for re-tunes.

OUTPUT A car that hits like it should. A binder that proves how it got there. A relationship you can use again.

From the bench.

A walk-through of recent work. Click any tile for the full case study — models, measurements, and the audio that came out of it.
// 04 — SOFTWARE SIDE
FIG. 09 — REBASS & TRACK PREP

The software
half of the chain.

Most car-audio shops install hardware and walk away. We finish the job on the playback side too — tracks prepared specifically for the system that's going to play them.
REBASS

Bass restored.

Streaming services compress the life out of low-end. We bring back the sub-bass that was clipped, mixed-out, or never mastered for a system like yours.

Tracks, your way.

Intro extends, drop swaps, version edits for sets. Bass swapped in for the cabin. Or full remix — fresh production, your record.

The builder
also plays the records.

Most installers never spin in front of a crowd. Most DJs never wire an amp. The person who does both knows what a system has to do at 2am on a dance floor — and builds for it.
